I help marketing teams in science and tech fix internal friction.

Workshop host facilitating a brainstorming session

Is your marketing team feeling overwhelmed with changing demands from the business?

Are you finding it hard to
align with your sales team?

Is your marketing department struggling to get the
internal support it needs?

Make marketing a valued partner

I’m Margaux and for ten years, I led digital marketing inside various tech start-ups and established medical consultancies. I’ve worked with leadership and sales teams that struggled to see the value of marketing. I delivered website redesigns while bridging gaps between teams that weren’t on the same page. I had to think strategically while balancing a never-ending and reactive to-do list.

Now I help
B2B marketing leaders in science and tech build a marketing department that is strategic, respected internally, and trusted by their sales and leadership teams.

Give marketing the space and support it deserves

My structured and collaborative programmes help you earn credibility internally and rebuild trust with sales. They also leave you with a strategy everyone supports and a marketing team that works more efficiently to deliver results. The programmes will allow you to:

  • Get an overview of internal ‘blockers’

  • Develop a focused plan of action

  • Learn methods to gain credibility inside the business

  • Make clear decisions, set priorities and decide on next steps

  • Build stronger alignment across teams

I run each programme as a one-off engagement, usually lasting one to one-and-a-half days with your full marketing team (and sales where relevant). I combine practical training, interactive exercises, and facilitated discussions, with optional follow-on sessions if you want continued support.

“Margaux planned and executed the day perfectly and the activities were extremely well thought out and helpful to us. The day was so positive that we have much to build on. The real work starts after the session of course, but we are now armed with ideas and tools to help us move forward. Highly recommended!"
